Cygnus X-1 Porter
Cygnus X-1 was created as a tribute to our favorite band - Rush. This robust English style porter has an add twist, rye. Rye is used in making Canadian whiskey. Cygnus X-1 has a creamy mochachocolate flavor with a hint of spice. It has a slightly dry finish leaving youwanting more. English hops balance out this 6.5% ABV beer.

Angry Planet Pale Ale
This brew is a good example of what happens when ol’ mother nature get mad. Angry Planet is made with organic American 2-row, Caramel 60 and Munich malts. Featuring Cascade hops, with a large dry hop addition. An aroma of citrus and light toast. A nice flavorful punch of citrus hop is balancedby slight caramel sweetness and plays off on the hop bitterness. We are working on USDA certification for this beer.

Belgian Pale Ale
Flat Earth Belgian-style Pale Ale is made with imported Belgian malt and a Belgian yeast strain. Highlighted with a sweet malt aroma with traces of orange, plum and pear. Its complex malt backbone of biscuit and hints of toast compliment the spiciness of the yeast. The chatter from the movement suggest this beer is highly coveted and few of us really speak Belgian.

Conspiracy theroist suggest that Element 115 is used to propel alien spacecraft, and how we got our hands on this high octane element remains confidential. Element 115 is hopped aggressively three different west coast varieties; Northern Brewer, Cluster, and Mt. Hood.

Winter Warlock Golden Barley-wine
Winter Warlock is made in the tradition of some of England's great barley-wine ales. Our beer is made with delicious English base malt boiled the wort longer to increase the caramelization of the sugars. The final character. This beer pairs well with calamari, ham and quail. Enjoy this beer with someone special on a cold winter's night, a roaring fire and time to reflect on how each beer is as unique as a snowflake.
